Bob Daley is proud to have built a career representing the elderly mistreated in nursing homes. Bob has established himself as a respected litigator and has recovered over $100 million on behalf of his clients. His success in the area of nursing home litigation earned him the position of Chair of the American Association of Justice’s (AAJ) ‘Nursing Home Litigation Group’, a national plaintiff’s attorney group.
While monetary recoveries are a meaningful measure of success, Bob is equally proud of how is work has improved the living conditions for current and future generations reliant on skilled nursing facilities.
Bob’s advocacy has brought him to some of the highest courts in the country including: the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of West Virginia, and the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
Bob earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in Chemical Engineering and received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law (cum laude). Bob Daley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.
