Nancy Iler
Nancy Iler is an attorney committed to zealously representing nursing home and assisted living patients who have suffered abuse or neglect during an admission to a facility. Nancy is uniquely situated when it comes to advocating on behalf of the elderly due to her training as a registered nurse (R.N.). Her experience enables her to skillfully evaluate cases with an eye towards the care that was provided compared to what was actually implemented. Nancy Iler is licensed to practice law in Ohio. Nancy has successfully prosecuted nursing home negligence and medical malpractice cases for more than 30 years.
Nancy received her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall School of Law and her B.S. in nursing from University of Akron. In addition to maintaining a bustling law practice, Nancy is committed to helping other attorneys sharpen their trial skills. She is both a graduate and faculty member at Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College.
