Ohio Nursing Home Cited For ‘Immediate Jeopardy’ Violations

Ohio Nursing Home Cited for ViolationsToledo’s Liberty Nursing Center has the dubious honor of being cited for situations posing ‘immediate jeopardy’ to its residents.  The ‘immediate jeopardy’ violations are were cited in a state report to pose an immediate harm to residents safety.  The report contains various situations involving nursing home abuse including: staff stealing medicine, unlicensed nurses, physical abuse among residents and failing to report injuries occurring at the facility to state authorities.
